I’d like to introduce you to Shannon, she has been suffering from a frozen shoulder for the better part of a year. Shannon was given some video links by a physical therapist and expected to complete her sessions alone from her home. After listen to no results she was wondering if she’d ever get her mobility back in her shoulder. I started working with Shannon in March and the results have been phenomenal!

Left picture is 3 weeks into our program and right is 7 weeks.

There is still work to be done but the progress is undeniable! Way to go Shannon!

Recovery is definitely underrated! However sometimes you need to move around and generate blood flow to help stimulate recovery! Try it out and let me know what you think.

A day late but here’s an update!!!

Honestly not much has changed,
Still about the same weight but I feel good..
cravings for sweets is gone other than the occasional thought when I see something like “I bet that taste delicious” but I no longer even think twice about it..
It’s thanksgiving week and I’m not even a little concerned about breaking !

Another week of lost a couple pounds

Other than the sugary treats I pretty much eat as much as I want went it comes to health fats and protein, and I feel great !!

AIGHT 1 week in!!!!

I feel great , the body is adapting to the program and the early morning workouts have sick!

Weight has been down as much as 4 pounds but to be honest as of this pic my weight is the same 🤷🏻‍♂️ but again I’m not counting calories or trying to be in a deficit.

Just livin!!

I was inspired to share this process!

Couple of things
1. Not really looking for anything specific since I’m not counting calories.
2. Looking more for gut health to improve then anything else.
3. Focusing on fueling my workouts needs to be a priority
4. I really don’t give af if this isn’t the picture perfect example of what you think fit looks like!!! 😂
