An amazing job by those who promoted today. Words can not express the gratitude for all those who came and have been supportive throughout this process. It is with pride and my honor to have promoted our first Shodan, Matthew Kaplowitz. He showed his hard work and dedication during this journey and cannot thank him enough for all the support he has given to me both within and outside of the dojo. Also, congratulations are in order for Ozzie and Brian for earning their green belts and Minas and Gabriel for earning their orange and yellow belts respectively. A special thank you must go out to Sensei Charles Schweizer and all of my West Hempstead Judo family for helping us and guiding us to this point. With all this said, this is only the beginning of a new and exciting chapter at NYBBC Judo and thank you once again. (If anyone has pictures from the test, please share them.l
