PRODUCT & SERVICE UPDATE

We're temporarily pausing the intake of most new engine rebuild and turnkey vehicle project’s while we work through our current backlog and get our turnaround times back to where they should be. Affected platforms are listed as temporarily out of stock on the website and temporarily removed from the home page.

Our online parts sales are unaffected and will continue as normal.

Earlier this year, we ran into a quality issue with a component used in several engine builds. We took the necessary steps to fix it — including contacting affected customers, reworking affected projects and waiting for replacement parts that met our standards. It was the right call, but it put us significantly behind schedule and we have been unable to catch up.

Rather than keep taking on new work and stretching our turnaround times even further, we've decided to pause new sales of engine rebuild and turnkey projects for now on most platforms. This lets us focus on finishing our current customers' work properly, and use the time to review and tighten up our processes — so when we reopen intake, we're set up to deliver the quality and reliability we're known for.
