Your body has a volume k**b.
One of the most important parts of neurogenic tremoring isn’t learning how to make the tremor bigger.
It’s learning that you can turn the intensity up or down.
During TRE and Neurogenic Yoga, changing your position can alter the intensity and location of the tremoring.
You can pause.
Change your legs.
Rest.
Ground yourself.
Or stop completely.
This process is often described as titration—working with manageable amounts of activation rather than assuming that more intensity creates a better result.
That matters because the goal isn’t:
❌ the biggest tremor
❌ the longest session
❌ the most dramatic experience
❌ pushing through discomfort
The practice is learning to notice:
What am I experiencing right now?
Is this intensity still comfortable and manageable?
What happens if I change something?
Being able to influence the experience may be just as meaningful as the tremoring itself.

Part of the practice is learning how to use it. 🎚️
