Front Desk Associates are smart, passionate and genuine people who enjoy fitness and offer a spirited and welcoming environment for everyone. They are multi-tasking dynamos who thrive serving others and are natural problem solvers and mechanically inclined. We are looking for hyper-organized, efficient, forward-thinking people with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet and assist members in an upbeat, positive manner while providing high level customer service and hospitality.
Effectively facilitate class check-in
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
Provide support to instructors to ensure a successful class
Actively suggest retail merchandise that matches the member’s needs
Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
Assist in training new studio coordinators
Assist in resolving member concerns with the highest level of customer service
Provide timely feedback to the Studio Manager on all studio issues
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
Superior communication and customer service skills
Friendly and professional phone & email etiquette
Initiate tasks and perform duties with confidence and without direction
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for fitness, wellness and the Ride Element brand
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, weekends and some holidays
Strong computer skills
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long hours
Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs
