This modification has been getting very positive reviews from customers for years, including myself!
Works on all PP108/112's.
Having years of performance experience has had me perform what are affectionately called "FrankenRay" projects and this is one of them. Utilizing 40+ years of Super Flow flow bench research I decided this intake diffuser was a great part to improve on. I measured airflow thru the stock piece and modified it in 3 stages, documenting results after each stage. Gains in each category of different improvements were seen. I was satisfied this would make performance improvements and that has been backed up by my customer's feedback.
The specifics of what I do is guarded but the results are immediately felt.
This is available on an exchange basis. Drive in/ride out or send me yours and I'll send you one back.
Cost is $229.00 Plus shipping.
BTW, the pic is off Indians website in their parts section, just a general image.

Very early on I witnessed the heavily laden Challengers riding way too low and still too low even after I cranked in all the spring preload. I had the opinion that the spring rate is too low. Now with the Pursuits it's even worse. Mom and dad, weight in the bags and the tourpack and a bag on top to boot. Cranking in or adding weight in the screen is not enuff.
GVWR is 1385, curb weight for the Elite is 944 and the others are 937, leaving between 441 and 448 available for added weight. Very easy to surpass that.
I did my research and have available a higher rate spring with a custom machined (by me) adapter. This allows for less preload on mechanical systems and lower pounds input into the RC screen. all this goes to allow for better handling, a safer ride and much more leeway in customizing ride quality for any weight.
Recent feedback... rider and passenger with 395 on the screen, was able to drop to 195 to achieve the same ride height. I am awaiting their results when they get out fully loaded as they also tow a trailer.
Another rider just completed a 4500-mile trip. He weighs 350 and with bags and tourpack filled he only had to input 125 for him and 25 for the bags and tourpack. He commented his Pursuit never handling so good as with his weight it was very easy to get over the allowable weight.
No mods are needed, and a common automotive spring compressor is all that was needed.
For more info just ask.

My gratitude tank is always full, but sometimes it overflows. And it does now.
Many of my friends in the Indian community support my shop in many ways, as customers entrusting their skoots to me and also referring others to my shop.
Thru referrals I had the opportunity to service an Indian last month, Richard and his wife were down in SOFLO from Melbourne celebrating the new year with our friends from the IMRG 2063.
He dropped off his Challenger for service work and a few other goodies. He filmed and produced a video for his YouTube channel.
Thus, the overflow of my gratitude!

WELL, another trip around the sun from sometime in September 1976 when I started my career in the S. Fla m/c industry. I left a job workin at a foreign car shop rebuilding VW engines and went to work at Palmetto Kawaski. Low man on the totem pole. Sweeping floors, emptying trash baskets, making sure the bathrooms fully stocked with TP, gopher this n gopher that.
I left the dealership scene and went to work at Algernon Machine where I was able to flourish in the areas of machining, custom fabrication, R&D. My time there allowed me to build my KZ1000 into a 13 National record setting dragbike.
In 1990 I opened Cycle Race Tek as it was in the cards (little did I really know this) to own my own shop, which in a few months CRT will be 35 years old!
NO WAY did that 18 y/o kid know or could even imagine what was in store for me, how my path would evolve. The bikes, the people, places and things. All priceless.
I am filled with gratitude that is immeasurable. I am humbled that I was given this opportunity and cannot imagine doing ANYTHING else for the last 49 years.
Funny thing, I am still servicing the bathroom, sweeping the floor and emptying the trash baskets, gophering this n gophering that.
In my heart I am still that 18yo kid at his first day at work.
SO MANY THANKS

Didn't see over 92dg on Big Bubba's display 2day and was nicer than last weeks 95-97dg!
Clicked off another 1k in 3 days shy of a month, hit the 46000 smiles!
Since I have been running 180/70 rr tires since about 5k the odo is slowed down. With a new tire BB travel about 5.3 mls GPS more per 100 mls, and a worn tire 4.3 mls. Using an avg of 4.8mls more for the last 41000 mls BB has actually traveled an additional 1968 mls, making actual odo reading about 47,973 smiles!
I will deny any actual knowledge of this wen parting ways with BB......
