Intro to Ballet Adult Workshop | Saturdays in June 2026

SATURDAYS 10:45am-12:15pm (1.5 hours)
June 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th 2026 (4 sessions)

Price for 4-week Workshop series $125

▪️Workshop includes 4 sessions on Saturdays 10:45-12:15pm from June 6-27, 2026 at BlackBox Studios at 3498 School St., Oakland, CA 94602

▪️Workshop designed for absolute beginners to create an environment that goes slow and encourages questions.

▪️Dancers will learn basic ballet positions and steps, and will learn fundamental barre and center combinations preparing them to be able to take Beginner Adult Ballet classes with more confidence.

▪️Dancers will also learn conditioning exercises to help strengthen the body and prevent injuries.
