The beginning of 2024 marks 20 years that I've been certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and 8 years as a certified Foundation Training instructor.
With more tools, knowledge and innovation available than ever, it's a very exciting time to be a fitness professional. I look forward to many more years of helping my students and clients maximize their lives as strong and capable humans!
I am proud of the number of people I've been able to help over the last 20 years. I celebrate our ongoing work together!
