Help us clear trails and remove invasive plants at Mitteldorf Preserve on Wednesday, May 20 from 2pm-5pm! 🌱 Volunteers will pull any invasive species that we can identify to keep the trails clear for hikers, provide safe vehicle access, and act as fire mitigation.

Talk about a beautiful day around the mountains of Huddart & Purisima Creek Parks!

We hope everyone involved enjoyed the weather, the trails, nature and the camaraderie throughout the day. It was truly a pleasure to see all those smiling faces all day long. The vert is intense but the vibes were higher.

Thank you volunteers! You all crushed it, helping the runners traverse the trails safely and supported.

"I’ve always loved Purisima Creek because it feels like a secret. It’s a unique trail system that rarely hosts races, which makes the Woodside Crossover so special. The moment you drop down from Skyline, the world changes; the light dims and the air cools as the massive redwood canopy begins to cover the sky...the trail is alive with color from forget-me-nots, irises and Indian paintbrush (and yes, you’ll definitely see some banana slugs!). My favorite section is the descent back through the Craig Britton Trail. It’s easily the most beautiful, lush single-track in the region. Knickerbocker Canyon Trail Run 2026

It might have been a warm sunny day but the runners today didn't care. They beat the heat and tackled the Western States Trail, Training Hill and Salt Creek to get to the finish line.

We too splits today at No Hands Aid Station for half marathon and 35k runners. Check them out!

Whether you want to tackle the Western States Trail with a 5K or 10K or if you want to go bigger and conquer the dreaded K2 training hill in the Half Marathon or 35K we have you covered.

We will be at Fleet Feet Folsom & Roseville the Roseville location for early bib pick-up on Friday, March 27 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
