Come Sculpt your glutes, strengthen your core & connect with like-minded women at this glutes + abs workout. Light bites & social hr. Immediately afterwards.
The workout portion of this event will begin with a guided warm-up designed to prepare your body for the training experience.
To help ensure the best experience and reduce risk of injury, we ask that all attendees arrive on time and participate in the warm-up portion of the event.
Please note: this workout is intended for individuals with prior strength training experience and is NOT beginner or modification friendly. Participants should feel comfortable using dumbbells, barbells, and b***y bands during training.
Meter parking is available on Main Street, with additional free parking located in the residential neighborhood behind the building.
