Wow, it's 2023. Exercising more and losing weight is still the #1 goal for New Year Resolutions.
Making resolutions without a plan and solutions in place will slowly dissolve.
Have you taken time to self-reflect on the whys of being at the same crossroads year after year? The good news is that when you are blessed to wake up with a new day before you, that's an opportunity to move and reposition.
The new year comes with a lot of hype and advice that can derail you. The pressure can be overwhelming.
Before you go gong ho at the gym or with your diet, take 7-9 days to sit with the why and how you got there. Create an action plan with solutions that speaks to you. Please write it down and make it plain. This will help you spot patterns in your behavior.
This plan is about you.
I am telling you today, do not submit to self-defeating thoughts when you self-reflect. The purpose is to enter into a state of awareness to pull back your curtain to find your solutions to overcome the obstacles on your pathway to being the best version of yourself in 2023 and after that.
Your actions and the small wins will reflect your victory in reclaiming your health from the inside out.
