From Mexico to Oakland, celebrating Christmas through dance The Ballet Folklórico Mexicano de Carlos Moreno is hosting "Navidad en México" Sunday, December 21st at the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center. The 3PM event will include folklorico dance, accompanied by Mariachi and special guest Singer Nina Hernandez.
