👁️ Train Your Eyes to Walk Better 👣

Your vision leads your movement — these 3 eye drills help your brain and body work together for smoother, more confident walking:

1️⃣ Horizontal Saccades → eyes jump side to side to wake up focus + tracking
2️⃣ Pencil Pushups → train depth perception + convergence
3️⃣ Horizontal VORs → keep eyes steady while your head moves, improving balance

Try each for 20–30 seconds, then take a short walk — notice the difference in clarity + stability ✨

Your eyes lead the way.

Wake up your brain — starting from the ground up 🧠✨
This short breath sequence helps calm your nervous system, restore focus, and gently wake up your brain. Try it lying down for the deepest reset.

1️⃣ Diaphragm Breathing (lying down)
• Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
• Place one hand on your belly and one on your chest.
• Inhale slowly through your nose, letting your belly rise first.
• Exhale softly out through your mouth, feeling your belly fall.
• Repeat for 4–6 slow, full breaths.
🫁 This helps activate your diaphragm, lower stress, and create stability through your core.

2️⃣ Bag Breathing (lying down)
• Place a small paper bag gently over your nose and mouth.
• Take 5–10 slow, even breaths in and out of the bag.
• Remove the bag, rest, and notice — do you feel more present, grounded, and awake?
💨 This restores CO₂ balance, increases oxygen delivery to the brain, and brings your system back to center.

Use this anytime you feel anxious, foggy, or disconnected.
Your breath is the bridge back to clarity.
