“I have been doing 1:1 training with Liam for 6 months and I have nothing but positive things to say! Not only is Liam extremely knowledgable, but he tailors the programs to your needs and goals, and he makes it fun!

Every few weeks he switches up the program to keep things fresh and keep you feeling motivated and accomplished. I feel a lot stronger and have built a lot more muscle, endurance and overall confidence in my abilities.

I typically have a strong preference for female trainers but Liam is knowledgable about women’s bodies and cycles and is the first male trainer that I have felt comfortable training with. The gym itself is in really great condition with lots of equipment and you won’t ever feel crowded 🙂

Our new logo! Heading into 2024 with a fresh new look! Let's wrap up the year on a powerful note. If you're considering training, now is the perfect moment to explore your options—whether it's with us or elsewhere. Waiting until January might mean limited availability with trainers or gyms as that's when most people kick off their fitness journey. Finish strong!

Shoutout to some of the newer students Alexis, founder of and and returning student they just started a couple of months ago and have been consistent and crushing the training sessions!

Our small group personal training is scalable for anyone that’s serious about getting in their best shape and health. Everyone you see in this video started as a beginner with little to no strength training experience! If you want to tone up and improve your health and longevity don’t skip strength training!
