Daniel Robinson returns as Head Coach of the Golden State Storm for the 2027 season after stepping into the role midway through the 2026 season. He originally began the season as the team’s Quarterbacks and Receivers Coach before being elevated to Head Coach.

Coach Daniel brings over 15 years of coaching experience, with a strong focus on leadership, player development, and building a winning culture on and off the field.

Off the field, he is a proud husband of over 15 years and father to two daughters, ages 5 and 10. Alongside his wife, he helps run a nonprofit youth organization dedicated to providing opportunities for young athletes to participate in football and cheer, regardless of financial barriers.

Coach Daniel is excited to continue building the future of Golden State Storm football.

They play for their roots, their people, and every girl who finally sees herself on the field.

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is about honoring the ones who came before us and showing the ones coming after us what’s possible.

For the players of the Golden State Storm, football was never just football. It was a seat at the table. A way to honor where they came from while taking up space unapologetically.

This is their story and why they play. 🏈
