Archer Bicycle

Nobody likes getting a flat tire, but everyone has access to Duct Tape! This is not necessarily a good thing. Someone tried to reinforce this tire by coating the inside with duct tape. Unfortunately, what happened was that the tape wouldn’t lay flat, causing wrinkles to form in the tape, which over time wore through the inner tube and caused a flat tire.

There’s always something new out there to make my job interesting.

It’s the First Friday art walk!
What’s that you say? This is the second Friday? Well I suppose that’s true, but the actual first Friday was July 3rd, and everyone was out enjoying the long weekend and celebrating Independence Day. (Me included.)

So come by on July 10th, the first, second Friday! Our gallery is open until 9:00 on Friday, July 10. Meet the artists! Have social interactions that don’t involve your phone!
If you can’t make it on Friday, the gallery is open whenever the shop is, so please come by and enjoy the art.

Saddle repair! This leather saddle fell apart on its owner. Rivets popped and the tension bolt snapped and disappeared.
I had to MacGyver some parts, so it may not be like new, but it’s a working saddle again.

The Bicycle Film Festival is coming to San Francisco on June 27th!
It’s an evening of cycling cinema!
