👑 The other team has your Princess. Your mission? Get her back.

Welcome to RESCUE THE PRINCESS — Jiu Jitsu edition. 😂🥋

We didn’t invent this game, but we put our own spin on it — and it quickly became a team favorite.

Want to try it at your academy? Here’s how we played:
👑 Each team starts with the opposing team’s Princess in their castle.

🥋 Your mission is to fight your way across the mats, rescue your Princess, and safely bring them back to your side.

💥 The opposing team can grapple with you to stop the rescue.

🏃 Get taken down? Back to your base for 10 jumping jacks before you can re-enter the game.

🚫 No submissions — use takedowns, control, positioning, teamwork, and strategy.

🏆 First team to rescue their Princess and safely get them home wins.

Part Jiu Jitsu. Part strategy. Part rescue mission. Way more competitive than we expected. 😂
