Strong paws Rescue will be on site Sunday

Exciting Changes Are Coming! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that upgrades and improvements are coming to the strongman room!

We’ve been planning to make this space even better for our members, with changes designed to enhance your experience, and support your training.

These exciting updates will be implemented in the near future, and we can’t wait for you to see what’s in store!

Some of the changes include:
➡️ Improving the flooring layout to make the space a more functional area for training.

➡️ Adding more equipment to the space that will add variety and also allow for training with implements seen at high level competitions.

We’ll keep you posted as we get closer to the rollout and will share more details along the way.

Lifting begins at 10 am

Spectators welcome!

ATTENTION MEMBERS: The Downstairs front turf and powerlifting room will be closed for use for the duration of the meet (which will conclude by 1 pm)

The recovery center and strongman spaces will remain open for use.
The adult strength group class is still on!
