t Black Market Kitchen, we have also developed an understanding of the types of foods athletes and active individuals need to fuel their daily activities. We offer vegetarian, gluten-free and Paleo-friendly options in addition to our regular clean meals. Our gourmet menu consisting of perfectly sized portions is updated weekly providing our customers with something new and delicious each week. Do you work out consistently but not getting the results you want? Are you able to build muscle but just can’t seem to drop body fat? Maybe you’ve heard things like, “abs are made in the kitchen” or “weight loss is 75% diet” and you believe it, yet you still struggle to stick to a healthy eating plan due to lack of time, convenience or boredom. Maybe you just don’t have a clue about proper nutrition and you’re overwhelmed by all of the diet choices that are out there. Interested in giving Paleo eating a try but aren’t sure how to prepare Paleo dishes? Wondering if cutting gluten from your diet would be beneficial to your overall health and well-being? If so, Black Market Kitchen can help you reach your nutritional goals by removing those obstacles. Each Sunday we will post the meal options for the following week’s menu. Meals are made fresh to order. Place your meal order via our website (no later than 10pm Wednesdays). Your meals will be delivered to your house or you can arrange to pickup your meals at our location. Delivery or pickup days are Mondays. We are conveniently located right off of Watertown Avenue in the World Gym building in Oakville, CT. As we continue to grow our brand new location, we are only open twice a week for meal plan pickups, Mondays and Wednesdays.
