Last night podiums! The boys finished 8th in the 400 free relay,
Noah was 5th in the 200 IM, Mary finished 4th in the 200 back and Woobie finished 6th, Ian finished 5th in the 50 breast and the boys finished 3rd in the 400 medley relay! Congrats Futures swimmers!!!

Good morning from Greensboro! Last night podiums were spectacular! Noah finished 3rd in the 50 back, Woobie was 6th in the 400 IM and Lara finished 5th in the 100 fly! Congratulations Falcons! Last day starting soon!!!

Day two podium! Congrats to the boys for their sixth place finish in the 200 free relay! Hannah finished 8th in the 100 back Noah finished 4th in the 100 back! Tune in tomorrow for more racing!
