This morning was just really good. 🥊
A group of women got together, put on some gloves, trained, laughed, encouraged each other—and then sat down and had brunch together.
That was Punch Brunch.
Nothing fancy. No pressure to be the strongest or the most experienced. Just women making a little time for themselves, doing something that feels good, and enjoying being around other women who are doing the same.
We all have different things going on in our lives, and sometimes it’s nice to have a morning where you can just show up, hit something 😂, laugh a little, eat some good food and leave feeling better than when you came.
Thank you to everyone who spent their morning with us.
We definitely need to do this again. 🥊
