📢 ISO Barn Manager 📢

HHS is seeking an experienced and motivated Barn Manager to oversee a large group of horses and staff both at home and on the road at shows.

We are based in Ocala, FL during the winter and Traverse City, MI in the summer, with travel to major circuits in Tryon, Devon, and Indoor shows throughout the spring and fall.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a diverse group of hunters, jumpers, and equitation horses.

Responsibilities include:

-Assisting with preparation of horses for show days (lunging, schedule management)
-Overseeing a large team of grooms and collaborating with other managers and riders
-Managing inventory of feed and supplies; placing orders as needed
-Daily grain preparation
-Coordinating with veterinarian and farrier
-Flat riding and ability to drive a medium-sized trailer are a plus (not required)

Please note: This position does not include jumping or showing opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

-Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
-Staff housing or housing stipend
