Region 12 Classic Egyptian Championships

Calling all of our Bannermen for the CEC! Will you fly your banner this year?

We are happy to announce that our judge for the Region 12 Classic Egyptian Championships will be Scott Benjamin this year!
With a lifetime of animal industry experience, Scott has spent his entire professional career passionately committed to advancing the Arabian horse all around the world. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Michigan State University
specializing in Equine Management and Animal Breeding/Genetics, Scott has since been actively involved with equine events, activities and breeding pursuits, principally with the Arabian breed, in the United States, Canada, Australasia, Europe, the Middle East/Arabian Gulf, South America and Africa as a consultant, manager,
breeder, caretaker, speaker, educator, judge, steward, author, scientist, historian and event organizer. Since 2009, Scott has been privileged to work for Mulawa Arabian Stud as the
Manager of International, Marketing & Media Relations. He currently serves on the Council of the Australasian Arabian Breeders Coalition (AABC) as Chair, and is part of
the organizing team for the Australasian Arabian International Championships, the Arabian Breeders World Cup and the Emirates Arabian Horse Global Cup events in both Australia and North America.
We are very excited to welcome him to our show!

So proud to be a part of the Largest Arabian Horse Show on the Planet!
FYI, to all, "Our Scottsdale Egyptian Division Finals" in 2026 will be held in the " main ring " at the Wendell Arena.
Additionally for the first time the "Classic Egyptian Championships" will have a Wendell ring side booth. We are looking forward to having a central meeting place!

2025 Region 12 Classic Egyptian Championships There is an old adage: “Success is 5% inspiration—and 95% perspiration.” While often true, this year at the Region 12 Classic Egyptian Championships, we actually saw the results of “50% inspiration and 50% perspiration.”
