Hey everyone! My name is Mark Suhrer and I am in my final semester at UF majoring in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. I will be your intern this spring and will be coaching everyday from late mornings to afternoons. I can’t wait to meet everyone and coach you through some amazing workouts here at Mountain River!

High School Performance classes are:

Youth Performance classes are:

• 6:30 - 7:30 pm (no class on Fridays)

In the video, Mountain River Performance football athlete Luke Rudnianyn shows great form through the entire movement. Luke has gotten off to a great start this off-season. We are excited to see the improvements this young man will make in the next year.

Mountain River Physical Therapy and Performance currently has a position open for an performance intern. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates can expect to work 20 - 30 hours per week.
Mountain River Performance interns have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals that have a combined 30+ years of experience in the Performance field. Our interns will also have the chance to work with a very diverse group of clientele.

Our NEW Speed Development class for High School and Youth area athletes starts this Monday, Aug. 17. Youth classes (Ages 10-13) will be Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 pm. High School classes will be Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30 pm.
This 12-week class runs from August 17 until November 5. We offer both one-day and two-day per week options. Class size is limited to 10 athletes.
