You’re not just showing up for a workout.
You’re stepping into a community that moves together, sweats together, and grows together.
Saturday June 20th is more than a fitness event. It’s a reminder that health was never meant to be done alone.
Start your morning dancing, laughing, and building confidence during Zumba with Vanessa Ortiz at 8am.
Then transition into a partner workout led by Coach B*, where encouragement matters more than experience and no one gets left behind.
After the workout, stay and connect over breakfast catered by Breakfast Station because real wellness happens both inside and outside the gym.
This is for the person trying to restart.
The person intimidated to walk into a gym alone.
The former athlete looking for purpose again.
The parent needing an hour for themselves.
The friend that just needs a reason to begin.
Free to attend.

Fitness changes more than bodies.
It changes confidence, energy, discipline, and the way we show up for life.
Strength builds capacity.
Skill work builds efficiency.
In the CrossFit methodology, mechanics come first. Before intensity. Before load. Before volume. That’s why skill sessions matter just as much as strength sessions.
We dedicate 2 to 3 sessions each week to slowing things down and focusing on movement quality. These sessions give coaches and athletes the opportunity to dial in positions, timing, balance, coordination, and movement patterns that often get lost during fast paced training or transitions between movements.
Skill work is where confidence is built.
It’s where consistency is developed.
And consistency is what creates long term progress.
Anyone can move fast.
Not everyone can move well under fatigue.
Whether it’s gymnastics, barbell cycling, footwork, transitions, or foundational body mechanics, these sessions help athletes become more efficient, safer, and ultimately fitter.
Intensity may reveal weaknesses.
Skill sessions give us the opportunity to fix them.

Please welcome Vanessa Ortiz, a certified Zumba instructor with over 13 years of experience, to The Jungle family.
Starting Saturday, June 20th at 8:00am, we will officially be offering Zumba classes at Wellness Jungle. As always, this class is built around our core values: safety first, fun always, and welcoming all fitness levels.
Whether you are brand new to fitness or ready to dance your way through an incredible workout, this class is for you.
Your first class is FREE. We will also be offering monthly memberships and single day drop in rates.

8:00 minutes of work in each workout with 4:00 minutes of rest between.
