A chance to learn the basics and fundamentals of pickleball is here!

Our fall Pickleball beginners clinic will teach you how to serve, d**k, lob, spike, volley, and keep score. Participants will also have a chance to work through drills and play games.

Who: Adults, 18 years and older
Days & Dates: Fridays, September 25 - October 16
Time: 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Staff Spotlight: Gunnar Swanger🌟

Meet Gunnar Swanger, our new Recreation Park Coordinator/ Supervisor at Bayside Park, 3rd Street! Gunnar joined the team mid-June, and is enjoying the interactions with everyone he has met. His favorite part of the job so far is getting to know all of the local Skate park attendees, parents, and getting to be apart of Bayside Park. One program OCRP offers that he wishes he had growing up is LEGO Camp!

Fight your way to court one this Friday, September 18th!
In this fast-paced format, winners move ‘up the river’ to the next court, while others move ‘down.’
Who will be crowned the king or queen of the session?

Women & Men: 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Co-rec: 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Location: Northside Park Recreation Complex
Price: $20.00 per team per section. Only one person from your team will register and list their partner during registration.

👀 We are excited to announce our first ever 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 & 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑 on December 12 & December 21!

Kids will spend the day at the firehouse with pancakes & cartoons, CPR/AED training, thermal imaging hide-and-seek, a holiday hazard hunt, 911 education, firefighter gear & apparatus activities, holiday cooking safety and more!
