We've proudly carried the Chi Delta name since we began as an independent MMA school way back in 1996. However, since we are now affiliating with Royce Gracie, we are adopting the name, Gracie Ocean City. We will always remember our Chi Delta roots even as we move forward into the future.

Chi Delta Submission Judo in no way condones or supports the International Judo Federation or the French Judo Federation's recent actions in regards to rule changes and attitudes towards Mixed Martial Arts.

We believe Judo is intended for combat and can only benefit and evolve from being exposed to other styles. It is disheartening to see the powers-that-be close Judo off from outside resources "for the sake of the sport". In time, Olympic Judo will be as much of a joke as Olympic Taekwondo.

Again, we condemn the French Judo Federation and refuse to abide by any rules changes or sanctions against us. We will continue to teach real Judo and MMA as always.
