Our annual Murph Challenge returns THIS UPCOMING Saturday, May 16th, 2026, and we’d love to have our community there for this powerful event.

⚠️ Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected heat

The workout:
🏃 1 Mile Run
💪 100 Pull-Ups
🔥 200 Push-Ups
🦵 300 Squats
🏃 1 Mile Run

Coffee, hydration, snacks, and high-energy music will all be provided!

We are asking for a donation to the Murph Foundation to participate. Walk-ins are welcome the day of the event, but we encourage everyone to register early to receive an official Murph t-shirt.
