Baycats is looking for fun, friendly Sailing Instructors to join our team!

🌊 What you’ll be up to:
• Leading sailing camps (Mon–Wed, 9–12)
• Teaching sail lessons & taking families out on the bay
• Spending your mornings on the beautiful OC back bay

⚓️ You’re a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ and a confident sailor
• Know the OC back bay
• Are CPR & First Aid certified
• Have sailing certification
• Love working with people
• Paddleboarding/kayaking experience is a bonus!

I have finally completed my first official race on the books. I sailed with some of the greats of today and of the past 40 years. I wish I had done it sooner! Sailing is one thing, but racing is a whole other can of precision, endurance etc etc....
Thanks to the Myers family for having me along!

Looking back at this seasons busy...sorta😅. This was the biggest line up of boats that found their way. Keep sailing!
