We offer SUP
lessons, rentals, excursions, and SUP fitness classes-such as Flowga-Yoga on a stand up paddleboard, Core Paddle-a core workout and Paddle Bootcamp to mix intervals of paddling and strength training. We also offer land classes such as ZUMBA, Cycling, Beach Yoga, Chisel and Bootcamps. OC SUP & Fitness is owned and operated by Dawn Ehman Marohl, who has been in the fitness industry over 20 years and competes in SUP races around the country.
