[We also have loaner mats in the back, but our wrestling mat floor is super soft, no mat really needed!]

In honor of the rain coming, co-ed Yoga Saturday at 8:30 will be followed by some ladies no-gi grappling @ 9:30 for those interested!
I have an exciting new technique to teach. We can then have a little open mat
At 10, there is another Gracie Ocean City class on the main mat, but we have an auxiliary mat to use to continue the fun.
