Summer 7 am x 2 🌞
We are so excited to offer a second 7 am Vinyasa time slot for the summer season 💫 Beginning this Tuesday with the lovely 🤍
Please meet Jen 💫
As a multidisciplinary movement artist, educator and yogi I try to approach both teaching and learning from a place of rooted embodiment, curiosity, care and agency. With a background in dance and somatic movement practices, I’ve continually been drawn to body-mind centered work that support the expansion of our center of being outward. I approach yoga as both a tangible and intangible practice, one that clarifies and explores the connections between body, breath and inner landscapes. It is a means to know myself better as a student, teacher, artist and human.
I completed my 200hr CYT with Citizen Yoga in Detroit, MI guided by Kacee Must and Anne Zemba of Yoga Medics. I also hold an MFA in Dance from Montclair State University. I currently teach yoga and dance at Salisbury University and Dancenter Salisbury. The experiences and knowledge gained from the roles I’ve held, both professional and personal, inform my teaching and insight. I try to approach my classes from a place of compassion for all that my students bring to their own practice. I sincerely love supporting who you already are and the insight you already have. Whether it be through holding space, offering challenge, encouraging play, or giving permission to simply be, I try to cultivate a space of openness and stability.
In my everyday life, I enjoy creating, dancing, listening to the stories of humans and earth, gardening, reading (share what’s on your nightstand!), and practices that support wholeness and clarity of purpose. I am so excited to guide and learn alongside the Meta community!

💫We are so excited 🙌 to offer Mat Pilates Pop-Ups with Liz Celko this summer at Meta🐛🦋
This class blends a contemporary approach with a strong foundation in classical Pilates principles and exercises. Through precise, intentional movement, we emphasize alignment, breath, control, and efficiency while developing deep, functional strength 💪
Classical Mat exercises are integrated into thoughtfully structured sequences and paired with modern variations to support strength, stability, and mobility. Props such as resistance bands, balls, blocks, and light weights are used to enhance feedback, deepen engagement, and offer both support and challenge throughout the practice.
The pacing is steady and mindful, allowing time to refine technique and move with clarity rather than momentum. Clear options and progressions are offered, making the class accessible while still providing depth for more experienced practitioners.
Hope to see you on the mat🙏🤍

Summer Solstice Yin + Ayurveda with Jordan Suber ☀️🌿
Summer brings the qualities of heat, intensity, and activity. In Ayurveda, this is the season of Pitta dosha, the energy associated with metabolism, focus, drive, and transformation.
When Pitta is in balance, we experience clarity, vitality, and purpose. When it becomes excessive, it can show up as irritability, inflammation, restlessness, or difficulty sleeping.
Join Jordan Suber on Saturday, June 20 for a nourishing Summer Solstice practice designed to cool, ground, and restore. This special offering includes:
✨ Slow, meditative Yin Yoga
✨ Breath-centered awareness practices
✨ Metta Bhavana (Loving-Kindness) Meditation
✨ Ayurvedic guidance for balancing Pitta during the summer
✨ Seasonal food recommendations and lifestyle tips
✨ Refreshing limeade and arugula-watermelon salad
✨ A cooling cucumber gazpacho recipe to take home
Step into the longest days of the year with greater balance, ease, and connection🤍
