This Saturday 7-8:30am, come to Ashtanga Basics!
It’s a class designed to introduce you to a new way to learn yoga. Mysore classes are the way Ashtanga Yoga is taught. OCMD now has the only Mysore program in a 3hr radius 🙌
I’m not sure what you’ve heard about Mysore classes-the best thing to do is to try it for yourself. See you Saturday!
