We believe that our community views fitness in a different way than the rest of the human race. CrossFit can teach you more than just how to lift, how to squat or how to climb a rope. It humbles you, and builds character through each and every workout you push yourself through. This also transfers into your daily life through your diet and the things your put into your body. Cleaner eating + killer workouts = a happier and healthier you. This way of life is understood by the community of people who participate in CrossFit. We believe that this is a lifestyle, not just a visit to the gym.

Congratulations, Greg McMahon, Our newest CrossFitter of the month!

Greg joined us just over a year ago, with no formal CrossFit experience. He spent the first few months really working on his technique and form, without worrying about what weights he was using. It has paid off now as Greg has been hitting it hard the last few months attending 5-6 days weekly and has become an 8am class regular.

Check out our newest CrossFitter of the Month! Eric Enchelmaier has been a very consistent athlete through out his time with us, and works hard by default. He always has a good sense of humor to add to the class vibe.

Unfortunately he is relocating with the Coast Guard at the end of the month, and we will miss him dearly! (Especially the dogs πŸ₯²πŸ˜­)
