No Yoga on Tuesday because our beloved Town Hall is morphing into Election Central! But fear not, we'll roll out the mats again on Thursday! Join us bright and early from 8:30-9:30 AM for our usual yoga shenanigans!

🍂 As the seasons change, our practice continues. 🧘‍♀️

I’m so grateful and excited to continue sharing yoga with you at John West Park in Ocean View.

With the change of seasons, we’ll move indoors to the Town Hall and adjust our start time to 8:30–9:30 AM.

The space may change, but the intention remains the same—an All Levels Yoga Class where we can slow down, breathe deeply, move our bodies, and take a little time for ourselves.

I look forward to continuing this journey together, one breath and one movement at a time. 💕

🌿☀️Meet Me in the Gazebo! 🧘‍♀️💚

The weather may be getting a little moody, but Yoga in the Park isn’t done yet! 😉🍂

Weather permitting, we’ll keep soaking up those fresh-air vibes and flowing in the gazebo 8:00–9:00 AM through September 29th.

Then… 🍁HELLO FALL! 🍁

Starting October 1st, we’re moving our practice INSIDE and shifting our time:
🧘‍♀️ 8:30–9:30 AM
📍 John West Park Town Hall — the Yellow Building

Same great flow. Same welcoming faces. Just a little less “Is that a raindrop?” and a little more cozy! 😂🍂

So grab your mat, bring your good vibes, and meet me on the mat! 💕✨

Summer may be winding down, but Yoga in the Park keeps flowing! 🌿
Join me at the Gazebo at John West Park for our outdoor classes through October 6th. Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-9:00 AM
Enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and an all-levels flow that leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed.
No classes October 8,13, and 15, 2026
🍁 Starting October 20, 2026, we’ll move indoors to the Ocean View Town Hall — the Yellow Building in the Park.
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-9:30 AM
And remember… there’s always room for you on the mat! 💛
