WHAT IS THE JOYRIDE? With origins that lie in my fascination and experience with all things Hullzzz comes my newest shape. The Joyride as the name implies is joy to ride. I like to build them long for an easy paddle and a glider-like feel. Works great when it’s punchy, glides smooth when it’s not. Ride it as a single, twin or 2+1. The key design elements include a non-extreme 50/50 rail that blends into a convex deck and underside the blends into a more traditional rail profile and edge in the back 1/3 of the board. A pinch more rocker than my standard hulls and a soft vee make this one easy turn from the middle back. Wa t to see one in person? Go pinch a rail or DM for more details.
