Do you struggle with hiting the ground before the ball? Make sure you do this feel in your next practice session

If you want to start playing your best or maybe you feel stuck, book a New Student Assessment with me in the link in my bio or send me a DM and i will send over the details

When leverage and release do the work, the ball feels like it hits itself. 💥

Most golfers overcomplicate moves that actually happen automatically.

The more we get out of the way and stop forcing things, the more consistent and powerful the swing becomes.

Whats you pre-shot routine?

Every pro golfer has one and they all do the same thing everytime.

They dont go on the course and decide what their pre-shot routine is.

They all do this in during practice. Pick one and stick to it!

Golf is not about being perfect. If you could be consistent, even doing about 80% right, you’re going to be a better golfer than most people.

If you’re not in sequence, then you’re not gonna be in balance…

You probably don’t need a bigger bucket of balls ⛳

You need better reps.

Using HackMotion, I found some casting and flipping in my own swing, so instead of hitting ball after ball, I worked through a simple pump drill to create the right feel.

That’s how I like to practice: drill it, hit a ball, assess the feel, then go right back to the drill. Repeat.

A good 45-minute practice session might only need a small bucket. The rest should be practice swings, drills, feedback, and intentional reps.

Don’t measure practice by how many balls you hit. Measure it by how many quality reps you get.

Think you might be casting too? HackMotion gives you the feedback to actually see what your wrists are doing throughout the swing.

How many balls are you normally hitting in a range session? ⬇️

Your slice might be starting before your downswing even begins. ⛳️

One of the biggest things I look at is what the wrists are doing at the top of the swing.

Using HackMotion, we can actually get feedback on that position instead of guessing.

The goal? Get to the top with a neutral wrist, then feel that knuckle curl in and create a little bow. You’re essentially starting to create your impact conditions before you ever get back to the ball.

Get the wrist conditions right, and suddenly that inside-out path has a square clubface to work with.

That’s when the slice starts disappearing and that little baby draw starts showing up. 🏌️‍♂️

Train the wrist. Change the conditions. Change the ball flight.
