Looking for 5 to 10 people. Creating an intimate group of MEDITATION practitioners in North County San Diego.

We'll meet once per week in person, and grow in our meditation practice together.

I'll be providing weekly, 1-hour guided instruction, along with a home-study meditation program for you to follow.

For those that need more guidance I'll create a custom, follow-along meditation audio for your home practice.

Benefits:

- Emotional/mental equanimity (the world is getting crazy, folks, we need to come back to our CENTER as the most sane way to deal with this.)

- Release from work stress (are you being pushed to the limit at work? This is the release valve for all that pressure you're under).

- Mental clarity (if you've been feeling brain-fog or cloudy thinking, this will help BIG time).

- Community support (you'll make some cool, new friends)

- Physical and Mental Energy (If you've been feeling lethargic and low-energy you'll be surprised how much a regular meditation practice gives you).

- There's many other mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits to a regular meditation practice, which we'll go over in class.

I’m considering starting a NEW small-group (6 to 12 people) training down by the Oceanside Amphitheater 2 or 3 times per week in the early AM time. Maybe 7 or 8am?

We’d focus on full body fitness, mindset, stamina for higher energy levels, fat loss and toning.

During the pandemic its hard to get to the gym especially with all the closures however set up your own space it doesn't have to be fancy, and make it a family event 😊you are never too young to get good mind & body habits going especially now that we are in a high stress zone.
