When Lily came to me just six weeks ago, her goal was clear: build muscle and grow her glutes.

How it all started ✨
Six years ago, I bought a gym membership at Planet Fitness. I remember walking in every day just to get on the treadmill and quietly watch how other people worked out… because I knew absolutely nothing — and I was so nervous. Turns out that feeling is way more common than we think.
Back then, the gym became the one constant in my life — something I could control when, as an angsty teenager, everything else felt unpredictable. I kept showing up. Every day. Eventually, I built up the courage to try the machines, and that’s when everything changed.
I quickly realized that everyone was focused on themselves (in the best way possible), and I didn’t need to be intimidated. I fell in love with resistance training because it made me feel strong, capable, and grounded.
I didn’t begin this journey with a perfect plan, perfect motivation, or any idea what I was doing — I just started. And now, I love helping other women feel that same confidence and strength in their own journeys. 🩷
