Amazing leg session for the team today. We are always switching up our routines. Today’s main lift was deadlifts.

What an incredible feeling it is when you’re hitting good sets on deads. Can’t explain it but lifters know what I’m talking about.

The whole team killed today’s session 🫡

My happy place away from home. This is much better than binge eating trash. This is much better than drinking alcohol. This is much better than any drug.

This is where I leave the stress of life at. I walk out a much better person than the one who walked in.
