*CHIN KON PAI MEDITATION*

Meditation is often utilized as an exercise for connecting with your inner self or your higher power, in an attempt to liberate your mind and body from stress, anxieties or fears. Meditation is the capability to rid oneself of negative energy within your mind, body and spirit.

For many people the goal of meditation is to convert negative energy into positive / productive energy. Many times this can be used to act as healing benefits for disease, illness, stress, anxiety, and fears of all natures. When practiced regularly meditation offers clarity and a sense of peace of mind. The benefits of meditation can result in therapeutic results for our three main areas of health - mental, physical and spiritual.

Mental challenges and disorders that may benefit through the regular practice of meditation are immense. Some of them are.
Stress, Depression, Panic attacks, Anxiety, Irritability and moodiness,
Memory loss, Self esteem and self confidence, Social interaction and relationships, enhanced Physical wellbeing.

SiFu Kim Lisa Marquard
SiFu Kim Lisa Marquard began training in Pai Lum Tao Kung Fu and Tai Chi in 2017 in Orlando. Florida. She has been one of the most active members of the Pai Lum Tao family during that time. She has been a teacher, video performer on many training videos, mentor for many of our children students and the headquarters office assistant for years. Few know how much work she does for all behind the scenes.
She works as a Mental Health Counselor. She speaks English, Vietnamese and German. A true giver of positive energy who is always willing to help others.
As a direct student of Grandmaster Glenn Wilson, she has displayed true honor and tradition with an inherited Asian flair. During that time, she has never wavered from her studies of Pai Lum Tao and has earned a ‘3rd Higher Level ranking’. In competitions she has won several Gold Medals and as an entertainer in martial arts demonstrations and shows, she has pleased audiences time and time again.
She continues to serve as office assistant virtually. She continues to assist many of our members with projects, creates many of our promotional posters and is a positive example of giving to others to make our Pai Lum Tao Family the best it can be.
We are so grateful to have her as a family member and friend to all our members! God Bless...

"The mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual".

Character is something that is formed in the mind from a lifetime of exposure to varied situations one experiences. Be it everyday life or an extraordinary challenge that one is experiencing. The most powerful entity on planet earth - 'THE HUMAN MIND' will expose one's true and present character.

If you have bad character 'as many do through weakness of discipline'. You can work on building a 'GOOD CHARACTER WITHIN'. Practice and apply the sacred teaching of our elders, stop making excuses for your chosen short comings.

If you choose to betray, talk dishonorably to build yourself up in your own mind and spite others for your own pleasure, that is your chosen character. If you choose honor, loyalty to friends and family and display courage when life and choices test you, that is a noble character for others to emulate.

You are the author of your own story in this lifetime. This is not a rehearsal, this is the grand show of your life. Choose wisely!
