Distance management and situational awareness are the backbones of real self-defense.
This video is raw footage from class. Nothing staged, just real training showing how we actually teach. You’ll see two drills being explained: one focused on 2-on-1 sparring, where students learn to manage distance and angles under pressure, and a situational drill where we apply those same principles to recognize intent and maintain space as a group approaches, and find an escape!
The goal is to bridge the gap between dojo training and real-world awareness to help you spot danger early, position yourself smartly, and stay safe before things ever turn physical.
