One of the biggest mistakes organizations make?
Promoting great employees into supervisory roles and assuming they'll figure it out.
Some do.
Many struggle.
And most wish someone had shown them the basics sooner.
That's why I'm launching Summer School for Supervisors this July.
12 virtual lunch-and-learn sessions.
Real-world supervision.
Real conversations.
Real impact.
Bring your lunch. I'll bring the knowledge.
Comment SUMMER SCHOOL or send me a DM to join the Early Bird List.
Because nobody should have to figure supervision out by trial and error.

Thank you for taking a chance on the Sunday Night Club. The Sunday Night club is now a private club. The Founding Club members have filled our current membership level. What an amazing group of students, young career professionals, seasoned professionals, and stay-at-home folks caring for the youth and the aged. They were anonymous to each other and remain so. We remained bound to the club for the peace and intention, for progress without pressure, for goals without judgement, and for understanding empathy without the need to explain.
Again, thanks to those who tried it and stayed, or tried it and left. I appreciate the feedback! The Sunday Night Club is not about being everything to everyone. It may be the resting point someone needs for a month or 10. months. In 50 minutes to ourselves, we reset for the week ahead. The reset gives us a moment to set aside the prior week, not catastrophize the week ahead, and be intentional and focused on something we can control. Some of our members are underemployed, some unemployed, some overwhelmed, and all longing for a moment to themselves. At the same time, they are at a loss since it has been a long time since they sat still with themselves to do something for themselves, in the now, for their future self. Club members support each other with presence and advice behind usernames.
We will add memberships in a couple of months. I'm focused on sustainability; just growing it slowly, despite the Fire Horse Energy! Thank you, Founding Members!
Drop me a DM if you are interested in the next membership round-up.
