Bryce consistently comes to work on time and is always ready to go above and beyond his responsibilities as a lifeguard. He is often the first one out on the deck to begin opening duties and takes pride in making sure everything is ready for a great day at the pool.

Bryce is an outstanding lifeguard who works hard to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all of our patrons. His dedication, initiative, and positive attitude make him an invaluable member of the Woodson team.

While we’ll miss having him at the Y-Pool as he transitions to Floyd Gwin, we know he’ll continue to do an amazing job there as well. His dedication and strong work ethic will make a positive impact wherever he goes.

Congratulations to Zaranitie, our Floyd Gwin Pool Lifeguard of the Week! 🏊‍♀️👏

Zaranitie has proven herself to be a dependable and responsible member of our team. She is always on time, one of the first to help set up the pool deck, and takes initiative by getting started on cleaning duties without hesitation.

She consistently shows respect to fellow staff members and guests while representing both Floyd Gwin Pool and the YMCA in the best way possible. Her strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude make her an outstanding example for others.

Our classrooms were filled with smiles, laughter, and sweet treats as we celebrated Donuts with Dad at both our Joe Pinner Learning Center and Odessa Y Learning Center on Friday morning! 🎉

We loved welcoming dads, grandpas and all the amazing father figures who took time out of their day to make special memories with their little ones.

Events like these remind us how important family involvement is in a child’s growth and development. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special.

Isabel has been an incredible asset to our team from day one. She showed up on opening day and immediately stepped up to help wherever she was needed.

From helping reorganize the office to create a better workspace to taking a creative approach to problem-solving, Isabel consistently goes above and beyond. She is also always willing to help our newly certified lifeguards learn the skills and responsibilities needed to succeed on the job.

Her leadership, initiative, and team-first attitude make a lasting impact every day. We are so grateful to have Isabel on our team!
