If you’re interested in strength training we have a great option for you. In our small group strength training sessions we focus on strength building exercises with progressive overload to ensure that you’re getting stronger and building muscle.
We designed these sessions for women who want the personal training without the price tag that normally comes along with it. So you will still get a well designed program, and with a 4/1 participant to trainer ratio, we can ensure that you will have a safe & effective workout.
Our sessions run in 6 week blocks, designed to allow you to steadily progress from week-to-week before starting a new block of exercises.
We meet on Mon/Wed/Fri @ 5:35pm

Whether you’re just starting out on your journey or looking to add something different to your routine, our Women’s Small Group Personal Training classes can be a great fit.
In our small group training sessions we focus on strength building exercises with progressive overload to ensure that you’re getting stronger and building muscle.
We designed these sessions for women who want the personal training without the price tag that normally comes along with it. So you will get a well designed program and a fun group to work out with, which comes with built-in accountability. With a 4/1 participant to trainer ratio, we can ensure that you will have a safe & effective workout.
Our sessions run in 6 week blocks, designed to allow you to steadily progress from week-to-week before starting a new block of exercises. We meet at 5:45pm on Mon/Wed/Fri. 6-week block is $360($20/session).

Officially went independent and opened my Trinity studio in August 2008. Anyone who has owned a small business will tell you how tough it can be financially, there were a handful of times along this journey where I thought I’d have to close up shop.
Luckily I was able to stick out it because being able to help all of the clients who have come my way over the years has been more rewarding than I could ever have imagined.
Big thanks go out to all of the trainers who have worked alongside me over the years and even bigger thanks to all of the clients who have put their trust in me to aid them in becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.
Here’s to 16 more years 💪

I have clients who have started resistance training for the first time in their 60’s and the results are amazing. Within weeks they’re telling me how much better they feel, that the little annoying aches & pains are starting to disappear. Optimally you’d like to begin when you’re much younger, but it’s never too late to get started 💪
