My lunch today! Romaine lettuce with some of my dinner from last night, grilled chicken, roasted cauliflower and sautéed peppers!! With a hint of balsamic vinegar and olive oil!

Afternoon snack check ✅

If you didn’t know, I have food allergies, no soy, no nuts, which makes finding safe snacks a real challenge. (Seriously, soy is in everything 😅)

But it’s pushed me to eat more natural, whole foods.

Today’s choice: Greek yogurt (not my fave, but we’re working on it) topped with cinnamon, fresh blueberries, and banana.

Simple, allergy-friendly, protein snack and slowly growing on me!

My friends and clients often ask me what I eat, but to be honest with you I don’t need much variety. I pretty much eat the same favorite meals just in rotation lol

Tonight: Grilled Chicken, lemon, peppers, basil, broccoli & cauliflower.

I always make enough for dinner to have for the next day at lunch 🙂

🫶One of the biggest compliments I can receive as a trainer is when clients stick with me for years. That kind of trust, consistency, and connection means everything and over time, it turns into real friendship. 🤍

Even though I’m only training a few days a week right now, those days are ones I truly look forward to. I take so much pride in showing up for my clients and I’m grateful every time you show up too.
