✨ A Little Change for a New Chapter

For now, I’m taking a necessary break from my early morning classes. This wasn’t an easy decision because those early mornings, the laughs, the sweat, and most of all YOU have been such a special part of my journey. 🫶🏼

But sometimes we have to make room for new beginnings, new opportunities, and new projects that are calling us forward. 🍂✨ And I’m excited for what’s coming!

This isn’t goodbye to fitness! 💪🏼🧘🏻‍♀️ I’ll still be teaching my City of Odessa fitness classes, so you’ll still see me doing what I love. 💕

Thank you to everyone who has supported Stomping Grounds by H&B Celina Aranda Lori Tarin Yaneth Nunez Neeley Taylor who believed in me, and showed up at 4:45 AM when most of the world was still sleeping. 🥹🙏🏼 I’ll forever be grateful.
