Me and Hadley got to have a little date night at the hockey game tonight in a tough loss for the guys… she didn’t last too long cause of the noise but we got to have some ice cream from .ogden too so everything was great!!

This summer is full of opportunities at for athletes to improve and grow to their full potential.
In the time that I’ve worked at Parisi I have seen athletes who started at the same time I started coaching, they came in unsure of themselves, timid, and let’s be honest just uncoordinated in their movements. I’ve been here for just over 6 months and I can tell you that I’ve seen huge improvements in every athlete that we’ve trained. They’re faster, stronger, quicker, more explosive, and probably most important... they are more confident in themselves. Help your young athletes achieve more next season.
Acceleration Clinic: work on explosive movements, developing a powerful first movement so that you can get to your top speed in the shortest time possible.
Change of Direction: develop lateral quickness and agility that will help you move quicker and maintain your speed while changing direction.
Game Time Fitness: this is for younger kids that want to just get started, playing games that will translate to better movement and athleticism.
Jump Clinic: for athletes that want to improve on vertical jump, learn to be explosive and also how to land to minimize the risk of injury.
Football Clinic: come and develop skills including acceleration, change of direction, power, and strength. Be ready for fall and be the best on the field.
I can’t recommend this enough, as a former athlete I can see what a difference something like this could have made for me, I know it could have taken me even further in my abilities.

Hey ya’ll, many of you know I’ve started working with young athletes to help them improve performance and build confidence! Even if you don’t have an elite athlete, get your kids in with us and help them develop confidence and structure, and just get em off the couch for a bit! We’ve got a huge schedule and so we have lots of room to get people signed up! Let me know if you have any questions!

I’ve made attempts at the open 21.1 and 21.2 just to see where I stand on my fitness! I haven’t really been training a lot of endurance lately so my cardio sucks! But I was able to complete 21.2 with time enough to spare and I was off by a couple minutes on 21.1 (my double-unders need some practice). It’s awesome to just compete with yourself and see how hard you can go and to have set contests to measure yourself against! Maybe next year I’ll train for it and see where I end up!
