All we need to know is the equipment available you! Be it a gym or a tree in backyard, well craft a daily workout to best suit your goals!

Words of wisdom driving home!
I showed you how I eat. Do I eat PERFECT, no. Does my eating move me closer to my goals, yes.
More importantly, do I ENJOY what I eat?? YYYEESSSS, I enjoy my meals and wouldn't mind eating those meals every day. I was slightly under in my calories which means I COULD have something extra at night just to have a dessert of some kind!
You have to enjoy what you eat! As much as only chicken and broccoli would definitely get you lean, NOBODY eats like that long term because NOBODY would enjoy that long term.
Weight loss and muscle gain are a SLOW process that you have to be consistent with.
Don't try and take a short cut because it'll lead you in circles.
Experiment with foods you LOVE to find ways to incorporate them in a calorie controlled diet! If you actually enjoy the food you eat AND how much of them you can eat, that is how you find long term success!

THIS is where the magic happens!!!
This is 4 oz salmon and 4 oz chicken, a HUGE salad and an orange.
Calories are UNDER 500. Carbs about 20 protein 45 fats 10.
TAKE NOTE this is A LOT if food for a small number of calories. This will get me through to dinner and makes me feel full.
You'll notice a similar trend with dinner 💪

Let's do another round!
Today we'll show you all the strange things I eat in a day to get lean AND maintain as much muscle as possible! Annnd maybe give you some insight on how YOU can maybe change your own diet!
Meal 1: pancakes consisting of 1/4 cup oats 1 HEAPING scoop of protein, 1 serving egg white and 1 banana
400 calories. With roughly 45 grams of carbs 40 grams if protein and 4 grams of fat.
