NEW SCHEDULE 🚨 ‼️‼️‼️
Take a look at our new schedule for the West Haven Facility only.
These class times are LIVE AND BEGIN TOMORROW, NOVEMBER 4th ⬅️⬅️⬅️‼️
Classes are back to 60 or 90 minutes, new options for speed/agility and weight lifting for the older athletes.
Please make sure you are enrolling your athlete in the correct program and time slot.
